Our weeks will run from Sunday - Saturday, just like we normally do with our OFB weigh-ins. So - this week's weigh-in will be your starting weigh-in on Tuesday the 15th. Then your weigh-in next week will count as your official weigh-in on the 22nd, and so forth. Weigh-ins MUST be reported IN THIS THREAD by 11:59PM Saturday to be counted for that week's winner - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Each week, the biggest loser will be determined based upon their total percentage of body weight lost, and will get a nifty blog badge and bragging rights for the week.
There will be a "grand prize" winner for the person with the greatest overall percentage of body weight at the end of the challenge.
If you should reach your goal during the challenge period - first of all, ROCK ON with your bad self!! - your challenge now turns to maintenance, and you must maintain your goal weight 'til the very end.
